CEO/Founder

Tobi is the owner and founder of 459 Consulting, LLC and is a private investigator with the state of Alabama (License #1031) focusing on corporate cases from internal investigation, fraud, and large-scale racketeering. She is also a Certified Master Coach and Cyber Risk Manager in Finance, Real Estate, and Insurance.

With over 22 years as an executive leader in real estate finance, Tobi is also a national speaker and educator in Cyber Security, leadership, and strategic growth. Tobi owned and operated an independent real estate agency for 13 years, before switching to the finance side of the industry. For the last several years, Tobi has provided cyber awareness training, prevention, and remediation services to the real estate industry.

Certified in Cyber Risk Management (CyRM), Tobi built and co-directed a Cyber Security division for a national insurance provider that operated in all 50 states from the ground up and has held positions on several national boards.

Tobi is passionate about coaching and educating companies on Cyber awareness and building a security platform that aligns with their goals and culture.

Ketrick is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Police Officer with the City of Mobile, AL. With over 28 years of experience, including being a former Adjunct Professor for the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA, Ketrick is well versed in all aspects of investigative operations. He has also been utilized as an Expert Witness by the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Alabama.

Ketrick is a contracted Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a National Insurance firm and Real Estate company along with multiple mortgage companies. He holds the following cyber security certifications: Certified Information Security Manager (CISM – cert ID #1947616) and Security+ CE (SYO-601 – cert ID # COMP001021840259).

During his tenure with the FBI, Ketrick’s collateral duties included being an FBI Training Agent (New Agent’s Mentoring Program), FBI Relief Supervisor, FBI Bank Robbery Coordinator, Joint Child Abduction Rapid Deployment (JCARD) team member, FBI Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) team member (Operator and Sniper), United States Attorney General Protection Detail (Doha, Qatar), and FBI Special Operations Group (SOG) team member (Surveillance).

Ketrick is a graduate from the University of South Alabama with a B.S. in Public Safety Administration from the College of Continuing Education.

Marla is a 32-year veteran in the mortgage industry and has been an executive leader with many companies in the industry.

Marla brings innovative and effective solutions to the table to build many channels, along with coaching and business development nationally. She has also been a national speaker on many topics including her personal story.

She was the President and founding member of Century Lending Company, a DBA of Century Mortgage Company. At Century, Marla took the company from Broker to IMB, and built all channels to a profitable sell off in 2019. She has done everything from processing, loan officer, underwriting, manager, account executive to President.

Marla has set on many boards nationwide and is the current President for Kentucky Mortgage Bankers Association along with President of the Louisville Mortgage Bankers Association. Marla loves to be an advocate and participates anywhere she can to help improve your industry, company, employees and clients we touch every day. 

She is based out of Louisville, KY but has been recognized across the United States.
